Dublin Mudslide features Irish cream ice cream with chocolate chocolate chip cookies and coffee fudge swirls. For its return, the flavor includes a hint of a new, first of its kind, spirit made from whey, the nutrient-rich liquid left from making cheese. Wheyward Spirit has been described as what would happen if sake had a baby with vodka.
You can find Dublin Mudslide in supermarket freezers across the country for a suggested price ranging from $5.19 to 5.99 per pint.
First introduced as a Limited Batch flavor back in 2004, original Dublin Mudslide soon became a fan-favorite and full-time flavor, until 2007, when it was sent to the brand’s Flavor Graveyard.
Ben & Jerry’s Flavor Graveyard
The updated flavor’s packaging now features Ben & Jerry’s well-known cow holding tails with a certain long-haired Scottish Highland named Magnificent, Wheyward Spirit’s mascot. It marks the first time the Ben & Jerry’s bovine has shared space with another cow on the pint.
